- Managing unhealthy habits
Graduates of this program can skillfully and effectively provide yoga as a complementary therapy to other veterans and to the community. SWIHA’s classes are approved by the State of Arizona Department of Veteran Services for GI Bill benefits.
Students in our Yoga Teacher Training programs receive unlimited complimentary studio yoga classes at our Spirit of Yoga Studio while enrolled.
